taste?
I do catch and realease on all Largemouth and Smallmouth Bass but other fish i tend to keep em and cook them so wats your favortie fish to eat mine is White Crappie.

I think crappie have kind of a generic taste. Often, When cooking them in the same batch as bluegills I can't tell a difference except for the thickness of the fillets.
