Hi Members so havn't been on lately, just started a night job in may, But this years fishing hasn't been to good for me, Spring lake levels were high and all i could catch is small Cats and Bass about a pound,Caught the Cats on Night Crawlers,Bass on artif,White grub spinner,Right now in Indiana it hot temps in the high 90s. so you haft to get out real early, good luck to every one,and bringem in to the Bank

Hi Rick  I just joined  when I was a kid we used a redworm that had two hooks that worked on bluecats in a small pond  now I fish  in river for channel cats mostly I am trying a shad and prech that i got last year but havnt had  any luck with yet . maybe  that might help you out depends on what you are fishing for and where mostly   good luck    james

Fresh fish for mothers day dinner. BBQ ed on a cedar plank-was unbeliveable!!!
Off same pier.
Hit so hard, and fought so good I thought it was another pike. I was pretty jacked that it wasn't.

No idea Rick never gone out purely for channel cats, there might be a group on here for cats might read some ideas. Might try bloody chicken livers if yours are not bloody or I have seen some bait at bait shops (stinky stuff) made for cats...might look at the ingredients of them, but I recall many have stinky bloody looking stuff. Good Luck.
