Just finished making some 4" topwater poppers. I'm going to sacrifice them to some Jacks at the Anclote power plant in the morning;)

Hi All
I am new to the group and I am glad to be here!
Anybody fish Catalina Island? Just got back yesterday and caught 4 halibuts next to the isthmus (Two Harbors) on sardines and squid. Lots of boat traffic on the "V"'s apparently after the white sea bass. Squid is available at Long Beach (see "Nacho") Kelp Bass were hammering the anchovies. Windy in the afternoon but calmed down later. I am going back on the 13th-14th of July. Sea You there!
