I'm a simple & sincere girl, born and raised in the south. I love fishing, hunting, 4 wheeling, big trucks & country boys. I'm currently mating on a charter boat. Which is fun seein how excited people get and the great time they have, but I can't fish with them!
Next time we visit Florida maybe you can teach us a thing or two!! We love to fish and would enjoy learning how to fish for different species. If you ever come up here we will have a spot on our boat for you. Steelhead are sooooo fun to hook into.
My husbands grandmother lives in Thonotosassa, that is so cool you found me on this website. She is 94 yrs old and a sweet little lady from the South as well!! Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family. Kelly
cool....The northern are kind of small only like 28 maybe 30"...They look bigger when I was catching them after the photo I realized they aren't all that big...LOL. The cats are from when I lived in NC last year. That's all my buddy that I worked with did. He did some bass fishing, but more into catfish and that was his nick. He took me salt water a couple times, but like I said he used a lot of cut bait and sand fleas. Although we did use some mirror lures for the specs. Some hot pink color he said it was called something chicken...I just remember laughing when he told me.
Very cool...WHY did I call it a spot that's a bass...Not a trout...LOL I was thinking speckle, but for some reason said spot. Anyway are specks and gators the same family or the same fish with another name? I'm mostly fish fresh water, but did a little salt....still trying to remember the names and nick names they give them.
