I didn't even get out of the house yet !!!
I had the experience of impaling a a fish hook deep into my hand last weekend. I didn't even get out of the basement. I was getting the rods and the hook got stuck on a piece of fabric, the line got tight and then .... wham a fish hook came flying at me. Luckily it was only my hand.
