Northern Pike, Muskie, Largemouth and Smallmouth Bass, Carp, Flathead Catfish.
I am from MN, and currently go to school in MI. I enjoy being outdoors constantly, and enjoy fishing, hunting, and hiking the most. I am an upbeat, and outgoing guy who likes to have a good time and meet new people to share my hobbies with.
david--i've had this nagging cold for the past 5 weeks and have been on antibiotics for the past week and thought it was going away but it's back
lost a big steel head earlier in the week; i was fishing for walleye and it hit my husky jerk/clown color and cut my line; no walleye either; we've been fogged in the past couple of days; didn't break today until dinner time; thinking of hitting the pier later tonight; was out on monday night and it was beautiful but no fish gratification
send me your phone #; it's easier than going back and looking through files; mine is the same: my primary email address is:
email@example.com that's always the fastest way to get in touch next to phone
david--i understand; been there done that; last year was my worst big lake fishing year ever since i started; but there were high points which i will go into later; i'm making a transition to diversify my fishing to more species and take the big lakes when they are willing to give; hope school is going better this semester; when i was at penn state working on two masters degrees i only fished a couple of times in iowa; never bought a Pa. licence; regardless i had fun fishing last year--paul
david: you may be arriving at a very good time; we have been inundated with warm water and fishing in close has been tough; so next week may prove to be the ticket; i have chosen to not fish deep yet; let me know when you are in town and i'll update you--paul
hey david; it's starting to heat up over here temperature wise as well as fishing; fix a leak in my gas tank which is always a good thing to do; when do you return?? get in touch so we can get out on the water--paul
david--finally improved the smell of my boat today--whodathunit; i was getting ready to go work in the pole barn i'm giving up for a smaller inexpensive one and thought i'd check the internet to see if the grand haven webcam was fixed from the storm; pulled it up and wola-----there were boats trolling in 40 to 60 feet of water; too many for there not to be any fish there so i call the guy i was going to have help me and said let's go fishing and that's what we did; we went 2 for 3 on kings and had a good time; going on his boat in the morning; july 4th first salmon on my boat; usually in past years you would be lucky to catch a salmon then; so another lesson in reading the data, staying in touch with your bases, never give up--never check out "fish kissers of the world" on this site--paul
