The water temperature has dropped and I think the largemouth have moved from the shallows to the deeper waters. I'm having a heck of time getting them to bite. Any suggestions for catching largemouth…Continue

"First off . . electronics are so very necessary to locate the deep structure as mentioned already . once located such to where bass may be held up , realize they will most likely not chase a lure but will take an easy meal and why a bait moving slow…"

Rainbow Trout through the Ice

Does anyone know of a good lake for Rainbow trout through the ice in Maine? I've had great luck where I used to live (Ontario, Canada) catching rainbow on a small lake in about 7 feet of water with marshmallows. We'd catch 'em through the ice like crazy that way. I want to find a lake in Maine to do the same.See More

Ice Fishing on the Mackay Reservoir?

Was out there and there seems to be good ice out there. About 6-8 inches of ice where I was. DId some rounds to other anglers and there were some decent sized Kokanee's being caught. Mostly jigging.See More
