Braid, tho if you see my YouTube "Choosing a line" comments you will see I am hated for it!
Now famous for saying mono is soo mono-tonous; can't say anything good about it.
Braid. It might not be as good as fluorocarbon, but it will last forever, has a higher strength to diameter ratio, and casts like dream. And if you us a Palomer Knot, its unbreakable.
