While I was writing my year end reports I wondered if the pros add anything unique to their reports. I went to my Facebook account and sent messages to a few of the Elite series guys who are my friends

Had a great Sunday fishing with my girlfriend Jenna. Our top five fish (largemouth) would have given us an over twenty pound bag. The best part was that most of our large fish came on a buzz bait or a frog. Check out the pictures!!! Hope everyone else got a line wet this weekend:)

As you know the weather in Texas is strange you wait 5 minutes it will change but right now we have been having weather that is in the 20's and 30s one day and the next in the 60's and 70's and the next frost on the ground and thats how the weather has been so far. I wish it would make up its mind and stay at 60-70 degrees for awhile so we can get out and get a good days worth of Bass Fishing. I hope I get to go every weekend and actually catch a 10 pound black bass or a 15 pound striped bass.

Are you up to a Challenge?
Are you the type that makes out a list of New Year's Resolutions each year only to find that they are great in theory but not in practice? Or are you one of the few that actually makes good on some of your promises to yourself or to others? Is it not amazing to you how many of our resolutions center around health and wealth?
This year I would like to propose a challenge, not a resolution. I like challenges because I like competition, it… Continue

I was just interested to see if anyone knows this area. Some fishing reports or tips would be greatly appreciated. I've been doing a little ice fishing up here while going to school but I'm not having too much luck. I know for a fact that this cold -25 degree weather doesn't help any either.

I am 78, a lawyer, and slowing down at work. I have a boat in Sag Harbor, and would like someone to fish with. I fish the Peconis, Gardner's Bay, the ocean through the Shinnecock Inlet, parts of the Sound. Mostly I fish for Fluke, Bluefish, Stripers, Black fish. If you have a boat, we can switch sometime. If not, ok, but some gas cost sharing.

Anglers' Legacy will be featured at International Sportsmen's Exposition (ISE) events in Sacramento and Denver this month. ISE, which has more than 30 years experience producing America's premier fishing and outdoor shows, will encourage boaters and anglers at their Sacramento, Calif. Expo (Jan. 15-18) and Denver, Colo. Expo (Jan. 22-25) to "Take the Pledge" and introduce at least one newcomer to the sport of fishing. Two individuals who have taken the Anglers' Legacy… Continue

I took my dad out fishing to my best spot this Saturday. We fished for about 4.5 hours and caught 22+ fish with the average size being about 2lbs and the largest 4. Then on Sunday I took my girlfriend out for 4 hours and we caught 40+ fish with a similar average. Overall I would say it was an awesome weekend with over 60 fish boated.

Happy New Years Everyone
I'm not a fan of the cold weather, but Steve still encourages me to want to ice fish...
Yep, i'll be loading up on those wonderful liitle toe and finger warmers for sure if he gets me out.
We ventured out in the snowy weather today to the Toronto Boats show to see what sweet deals we could find.
There was an indoor Wake Boarding competition, vendors selling everything from shower heads to bouys to 850 000 dollar boats....it… Continue

We're here to tell you they do..........sometimes!
Karen and I decided to take the kayak out on a small brackish water canal a couple days after New Years. Brackish water is a mixture of fresh and salt water and it carries a large variety of fish.
Knowing the water was cooler than we liked, but thinking even if we don't catch anything, we always enjoy paddling our kayak around the canals seeing all the wildlife.
For us here in Southern Florida there are many varieties… Continue
