Lunker Hunters

Thur.April 5 Club meeting at Leisure Village.Meeting and swap meet.So get your old stuff that you don't want and bring it to the meeting with your initials and price on it.Setup at 6:30,meeting at 7pm.Tom will give a talk and the lake of the month will be Wolf Lake.

Next board meeting will be at Cheer's with the meeting starting at 9am,changing from 9;30 April 27 in the sports room.and starting in May all board meetings will be on Mon. at 9am.

20lb Otaru

Aboard the Kona Concept we had a lovely family from Japan who had flown over from Oahu to experience charter fishing off the Kona coast.  The grandfather was an avid fisherman, and wanted to introduce his son in-law, daughter and grandchildren to sport-fishing.  We left the harbor at 9am after their short inter-island flight.

First Competitive Fishing Tournament

Being 16 years old, I didn't get to fish with friends competitivly which I had always wanted to do but my high school in Hoover, Alabama started a bass fishing team which I joined and was introduced to more people like me. When I started hanging out with people like me I realized just how enjoyable fishing can be. First Marlin Kona Hawaii

Starting the day right before the tide changes from a falling to a rising tide always tips the scales in your favor.  An afternoon fishing and whale/dolphin trip with on the Malolo started out great.  Just as we were about to leave the usual dolphin area Capt. Fishing New Orleans For Red fish with Capt Jason Shilling

This weekend wasn’t the ideal conditions but we stuck it out and caught fish. With high winds and some rain I stayed in the back water marsh and avoided the open water .
