Covering water is the key right now

The fishing the past few weeks has been up and down, one day we smash’em and the next day is a grind. Spooks, buzzbaits, swimbaits, small spinnerbaits, frogs and flipping small creature type baits are all producing. Some days it’s just finding what they want best but isn’t that true for most days.

New Orleans Fishing Report 9/17/2013 Fishing Red Fish In New Orleans

Fishing here in new Orleans has been good . I don’t get a chance to get on the computer to post reports everyday, but we have been fishing here in Lafitte daily and catching red fish in the shallows. Mostly fishing with swim baits and spoons but I fish to every fisherman’s skill level so I have had a few trips that we fished with shrimp under a cork and did just as well catching fish.
